This Privacy Policy explains how Share-A-Pix handles personal information in compliance with Quebec’s Law 25. Share-A-Pix is designed to operate without collecting any personally identifiable information.

1. No personal data collection

Share-A-Pix does not collect any personal information, such as:

  • name, address, email, phone number;
  • location data;
  • idevice identifiers;
  • 80
  • usage, behavioral, or tracking data;
  • advertising or analytics information.

The app requires no registration and does not create any user profile.

2. Photo processing

Photos are used only to:

  • transmit them to their intended recipient;
  • perform a local automated check to detect sensitive content (NSFW) and warn the user if needed.

Photos are not stored on our servers after transmission.

No images are used to train models or populate any database.

3. Server logs

Our servers only record standard technical logs necessary for security and operation, including:

  • public IP address,
  • browser or device type,
  • date and time of requests,
  • accessed pages,
  • status codes.

These logs are used solely for:

  • service security,
  • prevention of abuse,
  • debugging and technical maintenance.

They are not used for marketing, tracking, or profiling.

4. Cookies

The Share-A-Pix website uses no cookies, except those required for basic functionality.

5. Data sharing

No personal information is sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

No advertiser, partner, or external service receives user information.

6. Security

We follow reasonable security practices, including:

  • HTTPS (TLS) encryption,
  • regular server updates,
  • restricted administrative access.

7. Your rights under Law 25

Even though Share-A-Pix does not collect personal data, you may:

  • request deletion when feasible;
